Mountain Deer is a financial wellness company that elevates their clients with a suite of fintech products including CPA services and advisory. With a name as on the nose as Mountain Deer, the path to the logo was straightforward: I sketched a deer’s head in profile until something clicked: the negative space of the mountains along its neck. The wordmark is classically Canela, pairing a modern mark with a smooth serif. Our team at HeartWorks came many fun taglines for Mountain Deer, and used them throughout the website, t-shirt design, folders, and other print materials.
